ARRL/VEC sponsored exams are offered monthly in Puerto Rico.
Technician (Element 2), General (Element 3) and Amateur EXTRA (Element 4) examinations are offered in English or Spanish at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, METRO Campus, Room #320. Handicap accesible.
